These Lamps are hand crafted. They are made of real glass, foiled and hand soldered. They can slightly vary in color because they are handcrafted.
Return policy: All damages/shortages must be contact within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement. Original packaging require for all returns. Shipment refused or returned is subject to 25% restocking fee plus freights. All returns require prior approval from H&G.
